DFC TEXAS LAND
DFC Texas Land provides oversight for the day-to-day operations and long-term planning at King’s Point Cove and The Hideout Resort & Golf Club.

Since 2011, DFC has invested over $7 million in construction at The Hideout, including a new clubhouse and swimming pool, extensive renovations to the golf course, and further development of the infrastructure, including roads, water & sewer lines and utilities.

DFC’s parent company, Developer Finance Corporation, has provided services and support at more than 300 properties throughout the United States, including 10 in the Texas Hill Country. The management team at DFC has over 25 years of experience in the residential and recreational real estate business.
